Hi Kevin, Thanks very much for your order! I hope all the reading materials fill your hear with joy and your mind with wild ideas!, Please enjoy and don’t hesitate to contact us again when in need ♥ Margot

I now have a huge stack of stuff to read through, not including all the freebies they threw in. I think I have the complete Crimethinc set aside from the dvds.

Stuff I bought: Off the Map, Days of War Nights of Love, Rolling Thunder 3, 5 and 6,

Freebies: Bunch of posters, Couple of Surveillence stickers, Couple of Police not Welcome stickers (not sure about putting them up, police have been nice to me so far), Fighting for our Lives, How to Grafitti Guide, Civillian’s guide to Direct Action. couple other stickers and bookmarks.

Thumbs up on Off the Map.

Yup Off the map is goot – i got a little note, with my order, too – it was cool. Anyone read Recipies for Disaster, yet?

  3. Ko.Bach says:

Agreed on Off the Map I loved that book.

I’m not a big fan of Recipes for Disaster. Off the Map and Days of War, Nights of Love are my favorites of Crimethinc’s publications.

I’m almost half way through Off the Map and I am enjoying it a lot, to the extent that I want to try out the whole vagabonding thing for real (not just gallivanting off to Leeds) though that will require some planning.

Days of War, Nights of love is next on the reading list, followed by the Rolling Thunder issues and then all the freebie stuff. I have a pile of stuff to read now.

@V, Recipes was not as good I thought, as the name suggests it is simply a “cookbook” of various direct actions (not the right phrase) that can be accomplished. Could be useful if folk get into the real hardcore anarchy stuff but not so good for general reading.

Margot puts a note on all of them..
