I have completed my move to Slicehost and everything seems to be working fine. Only took me a few hours to get this all set up. Please let me know if there are any breakages.
The library is accessable but has nothing in it yet, still working out what I can put in there without being unfair to folk. Accounts for the library are coming soon, if you have something that urgently needs uploaded, contact me and I’ll see what can be done.
So.. How much are you limited to in this new setup in regards to mirroring Storm The Wire content?
Well I have 10gb disk space which includes the system software. database and web stuff. I can possibly host 2 or 3 eps at a time, depending on how big they are. Want to be fair to others as well. No high quality stuff though.
Right. I understand. Maybe the audio stuff?
Audio should be ok, have 5 eps of R4nger5 and that only uses 1% of the disk space. I can have a couple videos from each person/group that produces stuff.
